SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render services on the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering companies which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency explained it's alarmed with regards to the high amount of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some superior amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can SRD be a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office dedicated to service the area every day. The service level produced for intervention ordeals a high influx of likely beneficiaries, that makes it tricky to the Workplace to attend to all people who go to sassa a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more methods to click here enable the servicing of all customers and maximize entry to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
